I love Vietnamese food. I’m drooling just thinking about a nice green papaya salad. (Som Dtam?)

We used to go to Chinese place called “Fook Yuen” in Hawaii. Ah, good times.

My friend (who is Vietnamese) owns a restaurant in Fort Lee, NJ called “Mo Pho’s” – named after the traditional Pho soup they are famous for. Well, it defintely helps out with getting press. Jay Leno even included them in his “Headlines” bit.
If you’re looking for excellent Vietnamese food, I highly recommend it if you’re ever in the area.
